When is the deadline?
The deadline for advertising in the Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader is on or near the 8th day of EVERY month preceding issue date (i.e. January 8 deadline for February publication).
Be sure to have your materials to us by that date to guarantee publication.

How often is the magazine published?
After more than 50 years in print, Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader is now a monthly digital publication.
How do I place an ad?
To place a classified ad, call our office or fill out the "Place Classified Ad" form on this website. You may also mail or fax your ad to us. Faxed photographs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
There are two main ways to submit a display ad, which will be indexed in the magazine regardless of size. Please visit our "Rates & Sizes" page to view rates, sizes & shapes available. If you would like to make a purchase, select the size and enter pertinent details, then upload your "publication-ready" artwork via our submission page. You may also email finished artwork to us, or pieces (contact info, specs, photos, logos/etc is applicable, and any special instructions, and we can build the ad for you. There is no additional cost if we build the ad in office. You are paying for the space in the magazine, and we are more than happy to help you achieve the ad design you are looking for.

How do I pay for my ad?
We will invoice you after your ad is received, by mail (standard) or email if preferred. Payment by credit card or e-check can be made with online submission using Stripe. Please contact our office to set up ACH payment.

How do I create an account on your site?
Please navigate to the top right corner of any page and click the blue "Sign Up" button. There are just a few fields to fill out (name, phone number, email, password), then click "Create Account." You will receive a confirmation email immediately after, with a click-to-validate link. Please save your login credentials in a secure place! If you need assistance, please contact our office.
Help, I created an account but didn't receive a confirmation email!
You may need to check your spam folder. If it's not there, you should be able to go back to the sign-in page [ https://gotocvtt.com/users/sign_in ] to re-send a confirmation email link.

Do I need an account to place ads?
You do need an account in order to place ads via the website. One cool feature— you can see any previously placed ads in your account, anytime! If you do not wish to create an account, you can still email information to us, or call the office for assistance.
How do I change my user account email?
As a standard security practice, we cannot change user account emails. You should be able to change your email in your account preferences when you are signed into your account. You can go directly there with this link: https://gotocvtt.com/users/edit
What will you do with my personal info?
CVTT will NEVER share your information. Believe us, we don't like spam either... unless it's browned in a skillet and served on a warm biscuit with some mustard.
